Indy showcase their new Modec at CPL show

Modec's latest customer, Indy (Independent Wholesale Express) established in 1993, is a specialist wholesaler to Europe and Scandinavia offering the ultimate delivery mechanism for the courier, express and freight industry.

Indy’s latest addition to the international fleet is a Modec electric vehicle. Clients can now expect to see this eco-friendly vehicle both delivering and collecting packages from them using the latest technology. The vehicle was on display at the Courier and Parcel Logistics Expo held at the Excel Centre in London from 30th September to the 2nd October.

Giving 60 miles on a single charge the Modec is a perfect fit to the Indy fleet allowing quiet, economical & clean services to be provided to our clients.

This investment is the first stage in a commitment to reducing the company’s carbon foot print and supporting the environment in what is often renowned for not being green.
